TRUWY undertook the Real Estate Buyers agent acquisition of the strata property at 169 William Street Darlinghurst on behalf of the client and was able to secure the property in excess of $100,000 under asking price.

TRUWAY Projects was engaged to undertake the project management and construction management for the conversion of the property from an existing Korean restaurant into a cosmetic surgery with a coffee shop opening and serving into The court yard area

TRUWAY  was in engage  to write the design brief document and then tender to suitably qualified medical firms for design and construction providers. TRUWAY Projects  manage the design development documentation and then appointed the successful  construction firm on behalf of the client.

The photos show clearly the finished product which TRUWAY Projects managed on behalf of the client from the design concept through to  the client  handover.  This project was successfully undertaken in 2015 and the client has enjoyed running his practice in this beautifully transformed building.
