Three Unit Construction at 33 George Street Wallsend

TRUWAY Project was engaged by the client to undertake the project management and advisory services for the construction of three townhouses units at 33 George Street Wallsend NSW, The original builder who undertook the works became insolvent and the work  site was left substantially uncompleted.

TRUWAY Projects undertook and managed the statutory requirements under home warranty legislation, the client then engaged TRUWAY’s  building company JLC Building Developments to  completed the works to a professional quality and standard within the clients Revised budget.

JLC Building Developments undertook all statutory requirements in the construction phase and delivered a high quality outcome whilst overcoming all of the previous contractors issues / defects and uncompleted works.

For the completion handover the client engaged a qualified building inspector to undertake the  quality control inspections for a handover the report. The building inspector advised that there were no defects in any of the works undertaken by JLC Building Developments and the client was in a great position to rent out their townhouse units.
