TRUWAY Real Estate was engaged to identify and secure property for a client who was in urgent need of  expanding their premises as they are in the business fostering childcare. TRUWAY secured new suitable  premises on behalf of the client, however the client required renovation works to be undertaken in particular the laundry.

TRUWAY Group is made up of three separate entities being TRUWAY Real Estate, TRUWAY Projects for project management services, and JLC Building Developments. JLC Building Development was engaged to undertake the renovations within the laundry.
