TRUWAY (Wayne) came on board after the project commenced and saw it through to completion, including the issue of the Occupancy Certificate by the building certifier.

Wayne was able to quickly come up to speed with the project. He managed the existing subcontractors, as well as introduce new trades and subcontractors.

Wayne managed and coordinated all works on site including safety, quality and environment. Wayne was able to value add to the project. He liaised with the designer to overcome site issues and was able to suggest more appropriate and practical solutions which were accepted by the design engineer. These solutions allowed the project to progress minimising any delays and disruptions to the project. As well as program (time) savings, they general involved cost savings in parallel.

Any changes or recommendations were put forward to us his client for review, and only progressed after our approval was granted.

Wayne also suggested recommendations where he saw fit to future proof the project. Subcontractor claims were reviewed by Wayne and then the recommendation was made for payment approval.

Wayne was always very professional in his approach & work ethic.

I approached Wayne Harrison from Truway Group to Project Manage my house renovations. His many years as an experienced licence builder proved invaluable as he easily and competently oversaw the renovation work, making sure that it was carried out to good and correct building standards. He was extremely thorough in all inspections that were constantly carried out, keeping up to date with all the different stages of work.

Wayne’s communications and advice to me throughout the renovations made it less stressful when dealing and communicating with the building company and also had a major impact on how the project was carried out and or to the rectifications that were necessary. We engaged Wayne and the TRUWAY team as our buyer’s agent and we could not be more happier with the result. We are professional doctors and we have been posted at Boggabri in the country regions of northern NSW.
