14 Success Team Members Part 2

1.   Your own office space

Before you even begin, I believe it is extremely important to organise your home office space. Once you get involved in property investing, rentals, tenants, renovations etc., the paperwork will multiply, and record keeping is a very necessary part of it.

If you are not organised to begin with, you never will be, and your home life can become very stressful very quickly, especially when it’s time to lodge your tax return.

2.   Family  /  Close  friends /  Likeminded people

It is also an excellent idea to involve your close family and/or friends. This will ensure you have their support and encouragement. Reward them for any assistance they give you.

Surround yourself with likeminded people; join investment groups and power teams – they are just as supportive. There is power in numbers.

We always recommend that you seek professional advice as this blog is for general information only
