Cash Positive Should Bring in More than it Costs You Part 2

Many hardened and seasoned investors will tell you that positive cash flow property does not exist. These types of properties certainly DO exist and I will give examples of properties I have bought (or clients of mine have bought) which give evidence to this statement.

They may not be the easiest properties to find and they may not be located in the larger capital cities, but they exist and can make a big difference to your life.

Every time you earn an extra $50 to $100 per week from a positive cash flow property, that’s an extra $50 to $100 per week that you don’t have to work for. If you have 5 of these properties, then that can be an extra $25,000. If you have 10, it is an extra $50,000 per year that you don’t have to work for.
