Surround yourself with professionals in the field that can help you with the process. You should have support people in all areas. These people should be more knowledgeable in a particular area than you are, so that you gain the most from the relationship, but at the same time you need
to remain in control. No matter how knowledgeable somebody is, they are not going to focus on your strategies as much as you are.
Taking control means using advice, but making your own decisions and taking responsibility for those decisions.
