14 Success Team Members Part 3

3.   Solicitors /  Accountant /  Insurance  Broker

I group the team members 3, 4 and 5 together as they fall into the same category.

Of course, from here it takes time to build a strong network with your very own success team. To begin with, you will need a Solicitor in each State in which you intend to purchase property; your Accountant and Finance Broker on the other hand, don’t need to be in any particular State. Travel costs incurred to see them, if in the normal operation of your business will be tax deductible.

Use professionals who also have a burning interest in the property market. Ask them if they invest in the property market as well and to what extent. This is really important.

Do they understand your structure and strategies? If they don’t, chances are you will know more than them, so shop around. You need someone who is on your wave-length, but also fully understands your long term goals for yourself and your family.

REMEMBER . . . you need to be paying someone who knows what you don’t know!
